Today we went to Shamrock Farms’ dairy and took the tour they offer. It was very educational and interesting.
We looked at cows, saw how they were milked, how it was handled and transported to the main processing plant in Phoenix. We looked at lots of cows and the boys got to pet and feed baby calves. We saw cows, or did I mention that already?
It was a neat way to spend a few hours.
